Performance Booking

The Texas Boys Choir is available for concerts, special events and as choral entertainment year round except for the month of July. However, with 6 months advance notice, we may be able to secure the choir for your event.

For all other performances:

1. Use this form to check availability.
2. Use this form to begin the booking agreement.

Requirements:

• Accompanist for Organ (weddings only).
• Acoustical Piano or Organ.
  We are not an a cappella choir, our clients must have either a piano or organ on site.
• Half of the total fee as a deposit with the remaining balance due 30 working days prior to the event.
• If the event is outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, clients must secure transportation for the 24 to 36 members of the choir and their chaperones and directors.
• Inquiries must be done in advance and would prefer to finalize bookings six months in advance.
